OptiCheck is an AI-powered business assessment tool that generates personalized operational analysis reports based on conversations between users and our AI consultant, Jordan. The service is offered in both free and paid tiers.
Paid reports (Tier 1, 2, and 3) are custom-generated digital products. Because each report is generated specifically for you based on your conversation, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your report, please contact us at info@colehartenterprises.com and we will work to make it right, including offering a complimentary new assessment session if needed.
OptiCheck uses large language model AI technology (Anthropic Claude) to conduct assessments and generate reports. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Reports are intended as guidance tools and should not replace professional legal, financial, or business advice.
You agree to provide accurate information during your assessment. Providing false or misleading information will result in a report that does not accurately reflect your business situation, and ColeHart Enterprises accepts no liability for decisions made based on such reports.
Your generated report is for your personal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish your OptiCheck report without written permission from ColeHart Enterprises LLC.
ColeHart Enterprises LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of OptiCheck shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
